Wednesday, January 21 Thorny Bush - Staff Game Ride
My mom and I were the only ones left at the Lodge so we asked the staff to join us for a ride. We had a ball and I think it was one of the highlights of our trip. It was great to talk to the folks from the Kruger area and hear about their lives and stories.
Mom and I also talked to the chef and he made custom meals just for us - we asked him to reduce the amount of food and stick with the easy stuff as we are simple people. After the game drive, we had dinner in our room and the staff had the night off. Perfect!
Your pictures of all of the animals are amazing, so close! It sounds like a great time to visit, as you are getting a lot of local attention. I had no idea Mozambique would be so beautiful. Hope you had a great birthday.
